General discussion

IE browser keeps reloading itself endlessly.

What kind of trouble -- from a virus or what else -- is this phenomenon:

Upon clicking on a link to a certain website which is being hosted by an atheist or a theist or an evolutionist or an anti-evolutionist, the IE browser keeps reloading itself again and again, so that the only way to stop this event (user cannot do any work anymore) is to turn off the computer and boot on again.

Please help me to stop this kind of a bizarre incident occurring: in effect there are endless windows and continuing reloading new ones of the IE browser.
