Could anyone advice me how to reactivate IE addons.

about your system OS (Win98?), IE version, which add-on, the answer has to be, nope. Did you read the Note above where you posted your question?

I read the note maybe you can help me.

PC: Dell 2350
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Version: 2002
Service Pack 2
Computer Intel (R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
1.99GHz 768MB of Ram

I have Registry Mechanic installed which cleans on a dayly basis.

Goto Tools > Manage Add-ons.

In the Manage Add-ons window select the Add-on you want to re-activate, then select Enable at the bottom of the window.
