IE 8 Frezess Up Every Once In A While

I E Freezes up on me every once in a while. Then it unfreezes in around 5 minutes or so.

I am running XP home: I tried reinstalling IE 8 and that does not help.
Here is the message I Am getting:

Windows Internet Explorer

Stop Running This Script

A Script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.
If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive.

How can I resolve this issue:

Script debugging

You can disable Script Debugging in IE > Tools > Internet Options, Advanced tab, then find the two entries under "Browsing";

1] Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer), and

2] Disable script debugging (Other)

Select those and click Apply/OK

Another thing you may want to check are IE's Add-ons, (Tools > Manage Add-ons), and test to see if any are corrupted or bad.
