IE 6 wouldnot open more than one window

Recently my IE 6 started to do new thing that it is not opening new window, if I try to open new one it opens in same window and I cannot have more than one window at anytime. I deleted IE 6 and reloaded it from microsoft but still doesnot help. I downloaded netscape 7.1 after this it is working fine but I need to fix IE 6. please help.

Don't try, simply do it by right-clicking what you want to open and selecting . . . .

What do you have set for the Reuse window for launching shortcut (Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab) - Specifies whether to display the actual script errors when a page does not appear properly due to problems with its scripting. This feature is off by default, but is useful to developers when testing Web pages.
