IE 6 will now connect and act normally

Apr 5, 2005 8:03AM PDT

My previous post mentioned the problem with IE6 not connecting to SOME web sites. Subsequently I turned off the system for several hours and now all is corrected. What could have happened? I am using a Linksys wireless router attached to my modem to access my downstairs WinME computer and I went to that computer and reset the card.
I did nothing else to correct the problem. It seems to have simply self corrected. Could the high speed cable modem or system had a problem?
