In Internet Explorer 6.0, whenever I try to enter something in a text field, such as a search term in Google, then hit a link outside of the text box, IE hangs for about 10-20 seconds and then proceeds. Any suggestions on why the delay occurs? I have gotten rid of spyware, and that has not done the job.
