IDIOCY IN NORTH CAROLINA

Some folks in North Carolina are pushing the idea of offering In-state tuition for illegal aliens in North Carolina's colleges and universities. North Carolina is now number two in the rate of increase for illegal immigration. Make this idiotic idea a law and soon North Carolina will be vying for number one. Remember, you get more of the behavior your reward, and less of the behavior your punish. How could you consider in-state tuition for illegal aliens anything but a reward for illegal behavior?
