The CNET forums are not the same as this maker of routers.
If there is such software, it would be from the maker. Along with that should be instructions that sadly may take time to digest or learn more about networking.
If the alerts are by Charter they should answer how to correct that or why it happens.
Need assistance in obtaining access to software to run for CNET Router M/N: WNHR5300, P/N: 18-1ANHR300_FB, S/N: BEY2203000214. Need this help to resolve problems with Charter Internet service provider. Problems relate to frequent alerts by Charter that a device maybe connected to my computer making it vulnerable to intrusion.
