If they are not identical then you won't get identical results.
Also, I'm guessing these are new so why keep the slow one they won't talk to you about the issue?
I have two essentially identical Surface Pros. One of them consistently gets a much higher speed on SpeedTest.net than the other does. I don't think it's a hardware issue. How can I troubleshoot this to find what is causing the slower one to be slow?
