ICS Update for Motorola Droid 4

Keep in mind that your cellular carrier is usually the one to release the update and not the manufacturer. I am using a Motorola Droid Razr that now has ICS since May. I simply got a notification from Verizon to download the update when it was available to my phone. Be patient, it will happen. If you can't wait for your provider to release it, you can install it manually at your own risk.

I'm getting the impression folk are thinking cell phones are like our PCs. Sorry but this is not a PC. We don't control them as much.
