iconx 2018 right earbud is very quiet (works like a speaker)

Heyo,



So I bought the brand new iconx 2018 3 days ago. The first day everything was working smoothly, but the day after the problem started to occur - my right earbud was wayyy to quiet. In fact, what I noticed is that the right earbud works almost as a speaker - it releases the sound not only to my ear, but everywhere.



I browsed the community for answers and I saw a thread which suggested to remove the black screen and clean it - so I did that. It didn't help, and now I'm afraid that I lost warranty because of the action I took.



What I tried doing to sort the problem:



1. Charging both earbuds fully.

2. Removing and cleaning the black screen.

3. Blowing into tube as hard as I can. (Also saw it as a solution on one of the threads here)



What I'd like to mention too is that I didn't drench the right earbud nor did I drop it anywhere, so the problem isn't because of any harsh impact.



I appreciate any kind of help, it would be really dissapointing to lose those earbuds as I haven't used them properly for even a day,
