I have just installed a new graphics card. Before this I had set up the text on my desktop icons so that it did not have the usual blue background but were in fact semi transparent. I got the tip on how to do it from a magazine.
Since installing the new card it has defaulted back to the normal windows style icons with the ugly blue background to the label text. I cannot find a way to get the transparent text back under display properties and cannot remember how to do it.
A simple thing I am sure but can anyone remind me how its done?
Thanking you in advance
