I couldn't see any problems with a search in Google, except in Download.com one person said he had trouble restoring his default icons when he uninstalled it. But then another person immediately said he had had no such problems. 83% gave it a thumbs up.

So unless anyone else has specific information it seems any problems are rare. If you did want to install and run it, could you save a theme of the current icons called say, default, then if you did want to uninstall it, return to the default theme first.

And, as always, set a Restore point before installing any software.
