ICloud

On my IMac when I go to system preferences the ICloud is not there. My photos from my IPhone stopped uploading to the IMac and I am trying to figure out why. They are still showing up on my IPad in photo stream?

What iOS version is your iPhone running?

Anything less than 5.0 and you cannot use the cloud.

My iPhone stopped accessing the cloud, formerly dot Mac, as Apple made the transition.

Now it will not do anything to do with iCloud.
