Not a single vendor can service a notebook. In all cases, for warranty you deal with Toshiba, Dell, HP, Sony, etc...
No dealer I've encountered in over 2 decades has the capability to service a laptop proper.
Of course there are those offbrand laptops, but the stories continue about those. My thought there is that one much do some research to learn about that.
Or get burned.

The first computer I got from these guys took 4 months to arrive and didn't function properly had to to be sent back at my cost, months later and many rude interactions with the 'customer service' I got my second notebook, worked great for 7 months then died , again sent it back at my cost, took them over a month to even look at it, then they trumped up some excuse about the notebook looked as though it had been opened....why would anyone do this with a computer still under warranty? so after more dishonest and rude customer 'care' I am left witha hole in my pocket worth 2800 USD insane frustration and little else, this was by far the worst mistake I have made purchasing something period, you have been warned.
