This is ibuypower.com response when I requested to have someone call me and tell me why I should purchase their products. You will notice their was not one apology, attempt to keep me as a customer, or even an acknowledgement of my complaint. They also failed to even call me. If you want to purchase a computer ibuypower.com or cyberpowerpc.com which is the same company would be a very bad idea. If their is a problem after your purchase what would they do to solve it? If they couldn't give me the courtesy as a customer to call me and even say they are sorry they failed to keep my busisness, do you think they would stand behind their product or do you think they will blame you. Here's their response to my email.
Mr. Williams,
Thank you for your feedback, we are always happy to hear from our customers - regardless of good or bad news. After all, feed back is how we continue to improve our efforts at IBuyPower Computers.
We are displeased to see you have experienced a negative interaction, and would intend on providing an improved experience should you ever choose to offer your business to us again. At this point, we have canceled your order. Please be advised that your conversation was never meant to deter you from our services. Providing exceptional customer service is what we strive for. Team IBP wishes the best towards your next computer purchase.
Kindly,
Brad F.
Ibuypower.com is the worse company I have ever dealt with and I didn't even get the computer yet. The quick version. I ordered a $1600+ computer online naturally my credit card stops the transaction under fraud control. OK but I didn't know this. ibuypower sends me a general email saying that my address is wrong. I double check the address with both ibuypower.com and my credit card. They match. I figure it will be fixed. 2 days later I hear nothing from Ibuypower and find out that they didn't even start my computer. Its like I have to hound them to take my business. They did bill me $1000.00 which is the max citi card allows. All could be fixed but no the customer service guy essentially tells me that I didn't have enough money in my account and I should make sure its in there before buying a computer. REALLY!!! Maybe if you cared to stop cutting and pasting general answers to common problems you may have we could have resolved this problem in a timely manner. No he still goes onto say how I didn't have enough money in my account like he was stuck on repeat. YOU *** IT WAS FRAUD PROTECTION, not a lack of funds. I got so angry and cancelled the order they didn't even care to apologize or fix anything. I hope the company sinks and falls into a pile of garbage. If they care so little about a customer and his or her satisfaction are they really going to build you a good computer? NO! NO! NO!. Customer care is because they want you to come back and refer friends, by keeping the customer satisfied and happy with his or her order. If they cared so little to keep me and my $1600+ order, why would they care about building a quality product. Unprofessional and unreliable. It comes down to the fact they seriously lack the infrastructure to keep customers. Or the company is just bad to work for and the staff is unhappy. Either way it may be a good computer but I refuse to spend a penny there and urge you to go elsewhere.
