This is ibuypower.com response when I requested to have someone call me and tell me why I should purchase their products. You will notice their was not one apology, attempt to keep me as a customer, or even an acknowledgement of my complaint. They also failed to even call me. If you want to purchase a computer ibuypower.com or cyberpowerpc.com which is the same company would be a very bad idea. If their is a problem after your purchase what would they do to solve it? If they couldn't give me the courtesy as a customer to call me and even say they are sorry they failed to keep my busisness, do you think they would stand behind their product or do you think they will blame you.
