They need to learn how to communicate. The issue here is no details so they'll end up reloading the OS, all the drivers and starting over rather than a hope for a simple fix.

At the suggestion of friend who works in IT, we replaced the hard drive with a Samsung Spinpoint
60 GB drive. We also got a Targus Chill Pad laptop
cooler yet it still blue screens...Any suggestions?
