IBM Thinkpad R50

i was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on the IBM Thinkpad R50. i've been looking to buy one for a few months now but im just not quite sold on it yet. any info on it would be appreciated, for it something that will last me a while if i build it with top specs, or if their are any problems i should know about. thanks!

I bought mine used about 2 monts ago for $350... and i love it!! NO problems at all! hope this helps.. also i have windows xp pro i can't stand vista.

Low end ThinkPad

The R series is a low end ThinkPad.

I've found that if you load up the specs you can find a similar deal on the T series which is a better line of laptops.

Watch the sales if you are buying new.
