iAudio U2 vs N200

I am considering an iAudio U2 vs a Creative N200. Essentially an N200 1gb is priced similar to the iAudio 512mb. I am concerned about the lack of a playlist, the external batteries, sound quality and the menus for the N200. Sounds like iAudio is the #1 flash, but may be price prohibitive. Is the user interface worth the extra money or less memory?
