IAM RUNNING A DELL 2400 USING MICROSOFT XP

I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH USING MY EASYSHARE SOFTWARE.MY PROBLEM IS I GET A ERROR MESSAGE EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET ON THE INTERNET.THE MESSAGE SAYS NO INTERNET CONNECTION CAN BE FOUND,I CONTACTED KODAK MANY TIMES AND THEY SEEM TO GIVE THE SAME GENERIC RESPONCE WHICH I HAVE TRIED TO NO AVAIL.THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS.MY INTERNET CONNECTION IC A DSL.IAM USING SBC YAHOO FOR MY BROWSER.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I HAVE TO MENTION THAT IAM ONLY HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE INTERNET WHEN IAM USING EASYSHARE SOFTWARE.FOR EXAMPLE USING THEIR EMAIL WHEN SENDING PICTURES. THANKS
