I want to keep everyone out of my Windows98 machine ...How?

My w98 pc is in my office just setting there running and I don't want anyone using it.
How can I keep anyone from using it...?

Coryphaeus, thanks a ton man --- but after thinking about the whole thing I decided I'd password the BIOS and forget the network log on crap.
