That's strange. How a website looks isn't dependent on the OS, but dependent on the browser. IE11, Firefox and Chrome are the same in Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Moreover, if your website isn't running well on Windows 7, that means that a big part of your potential viewers can't see it right. Better fix that on your website than on your own PC.
Anyway, it seems you can still do a free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Why didn't you do that earlier.
If it can't be done free, you'll have to pay for it.
if i want to change windows 7 operating system to windows 10 features only without any other file structure change do i have to do something for that help me with that...some of my website are not running well at windows 7 but running well at windows 10
