Since good customer support is expensive, it's impossibie to have both low prices and good customer support. You'll have to choose.

With Kees, you get what you paid for.
It depends on many variables.
My recommendation: get a small outfit that can dedicate time and freebees to you, it will pay off in the long run!

has been pretty inexpensive and good customer service, but note, they except you to know a lot about managing your own server and only help with pretty high-level requests. They do have a pretty active community where you can ask more specific questions about your specific setup. That said, it never hurts to open up a ticket with support and see how much help you can get. For $5/mo, it's a great deal.

Domain & Web Hosting

I went in blind at the beginning of making my website back in 2003, but was lucky to find a really cheap web hosting comp, their servers are based here luckily, their uptime is excellent, their servers are very fast indeed. I purchased a .co.uk domain from them and they provided free web hosting upto 20MB, I only ever used 9MB. If I ever needed more bandwidth then I would purchase another domain name and use the free 20MB. The company is called Hostroute, search for it on one of the major search engines.
