For getting in touch with people I use Gmail, my host told me that I can configure my custom email through the IMPS setting (I dont know what is that) but they do not provides a support for that. Can you guys help me to configure my custom email.

If the company where you host your business website doesn't support e-mail , I'd transfer your content to a hoster where you can have your own domain and a linked e-mail address. That's how professionals do it.

It's like me having an e-mail address kees_b(at)cnet.com (it isn't, but it could be mine).

Hosting (your business site and mail) generally only is free for low traffic volumes and if you allow ads on your site they make money with.

It's a free market, so prices and features may vary between companies. But I'm sure you can find one that meets your requirements.

Normally a hosting provider has an email you can set up for your website. A lot of times it is the name for your account @websitename.com. I would ask your hosting provider what they offer you as a email for your website.

Seems OK.

And, remember, limits can be raised if you pay more if your company grows and needs it. Start cheap.
