i tunes 10.3.1 ipod unknown album wierd track name?!

help me please i connect my i pod to i tunes after a year of course new system new i tunes windows 7 it recognized few track names but mos of them in the unknown folder all i see names like aaac xxpi ...
Any way to sort names out!!!! Please help!

I guessthere are no tracks in iTunes on the new system?

Download and install iRip which will take the tracks from the iPod and put them on the PC
Then import them into iTunes
