Alert

I think a process is making my cursor blinking busy

Mar 28, 2015 12:30PM PDT

Hello,
I got a problem with my computer, I got my cursor showing me busy constantly and I tried checking for a process but I don't seem to find it. I made a safe restart and it seems that the problem does not come from there. I also did malwarebytes scan and my avast full scan and boot time scan but no virus has been found. My specs are:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4712MQ CPU @ 2.30GHz
Video Card 1 NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Video Card 2 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Memory 8.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit

Thank you for responding.

Kill the process

Check in task manager which process is consuming highest memory.
Solution:
1. Go to TaskManager
2. Click CPU% tab. Sort the highest usage task to top
3. Find the process with name *spool* or *spooler* in it
4. End that process
