Video is lagging!

Hi guys

all my problems are fixed, i reinstalled windows and got my sound to work and got my network to work also.

The last problem is that when i play a movie there is a very small lagg...probably because of the drivers...

i have radeon 9000 sec family vidwo card...

before reinstalling windows i remember that everytime i turn my computer on a Radeon program will start automatically at the beginning...now it doesnt...i think thats why i am getting thsi lag...however i dont know what exactly that program is and where to get it...some one know what program i am talking about..if so please provide me with a link to download.

do i do the changes to the primary or secondary ide channel...how do i know which channel my device is connected to?

when i went to device manager there is primary and secondary channel....

the link doesnt say which one i should select....primary or secondary?
