Clarification Request
This is common if the machine is infected with IOBIT

As it's a common problem for IOBIT, either remove that or ask IOBIT to fix it.

Answer
Hitman

I have found Hitman itself to be a decent pgm. and not one to introduce issues. If you google away for what hits there are for "perdisk" then you get the idea which pgm. is topical for it and/or it's main reason for being. if as Robert offers it's an IOBIT sub-pgm. then it's OK unless it won't allow you to proceed. Also, IOBIT has many issues at times and if you got the freebie version, you can either disable for the time-being or just remove/delete it. You can return if you want by re-installing. But, I have heard so many negative complaints about IOBIT in general it maybe time to get away from it. Also, you may want to look at REVOuninstaller(free) to better delete IOBIT and *ALL* its parts.
