If you feel you need to ask your money back from someone for some reason, you contact the company you paid to with all details regarding the payment (date, time, amount, invoice number, how you did pay, why you want a return).

So I've got two points:
1. You probably didn't pay to CNET, so you shouldn't contact us, but the company you paid to.
2. You should provide all details I mentioned.
