Question

I Pad fell, picture and registration out of sinc

The dog just knocked over the IPad and when it fell flat on the floor ( Tile) the picture had turned to green with purple and the registration is out of sinc, strange thing is all functions are working, simply the jarred screen, problem , bought this in Canada and live in Costa Rica with no Mac service for I Pad.
