I ordered a HP laptop on 4/25

I ordered a laptop that HP said took 7-14 days to receive. Today is 5/21. The only reason I ordered from them is the financing that my parents. This was my daughter's 16th birthday present from my parents. I have yet to receive the laptop and HP customer service reps don't have a clue. I highly recommend not to order from HP. You could ride a goat to china where they make them and pick it up faster. Oh well

What about that flood?

In your other post you reveal that a flood happened and some one dropped the ball at HP.

It's unfair for you to leave out these details and reduces your complaint's stature.
