I order a LN32A450 from Amazon, but there're some problems

Feb 18, 2009 6:01AM PST

I order the tv from Amazon and got it today. When I open it, I find that there're some scratches under the tv stand and inside the screen area.

However, the most disturbing thing is when I installed the tv stand, the guide stand front cannot face me directly as the manual showed, it forms an angle with the people in front since the screw holes of the stand also have the angle.

I'm worried about when I place the tv screen, it couldn't face me and I have to move the stand in order to watch the tv, which could make things ugly.

Here're the photos.

What should I do now? Do I need to call Samsung or Amazon?

colormiao,

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for your purchase of a Samsung TV.

Do you have a picture of what the unit looks like when it is mounted on the stand?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by it forms an angle with the people in front. The angle should offset once the panel is placed on the stand.

Thanks, I've already fixed the problem.

It's just hard to swivel because the base is too tight. Another person who had the same problem told me how to fix that.

Thank you again for your help.
