I would use the Table2Clipboard extension in Firefox, so I could paste the whole table in Excel. Then delete what I don't need.
But it's even easier from Internet Explorer. Choose File>Edit in Word and copy/paste the table to Excel. Then delete what you don't want.
This would work very well for a one-time extract of a limited number of pages. You don't write you need to do it automatic and repeatedly. Then indeed you would need a program to automatically download the pages and extract the data from the html.
If you need too much data, why not ask the owner to send you his whole database is some form that's easy to extract.

I am looking for a Free way to pull certain information from a website and import it to excel. Web Query is not the option I can use..The site is programed in PHP so the WHOLE page is one big table. I just need to access certain cells. I have other sites I can pull from BUT again I only need certain info, and not the whole table. I will give you an Example, seeing that the Main site I want to pull from needs for you to log in.
