Question

I need to know the power output of my Lenovo H430

Mar 13, 2018 9:00PM PDT

Please, I am installing a new graphics card and need to know how many watts my PSU outputs. It is a Huntkey HK380-12GP S2(S7) ATX280W PSU POWER SUPPLIES INTERNAL 36200158 and I am installing a Geoforce GTX 1050. Thank you.

Clarification Request
I usually see the specs on the lable of the PSU.

But the first clue is the 280W in the product name.

http://www.huntkey.com/en/products/d513/index.html agrees with this. It DOES NOT meet the requirements of your card. That is self evident.

However folk have asked "Will it work anyway?"
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3233381/gtx-1050-4gb-run-280-watt-psu.html kicks out 239 Watts on a power calculation. While this is less than 280 but folk want to give 50 to 100 percent headroom to be safe and assure long life of the PSU.

So at the end of the day, your choice what to do now.

Best thing you can do is budget in a nice 400w+ single rail psu.
