For a "simple" walkthru, I'd suggest regular website, photos with imagemaps (you'll have to somehow indicate that the door is clickable to go to another room though), and just put up a website with crosslinks. Best way is plan it room by room, 3-4 pictures per room with the views, and a "where am I" blueprint view as sort of a "navigator" showing which room they're in facing which way.

If you want to get fancy-shmancy, you can do QuickTime VR walkthrus by stitching photos together (better mount the camera on a tripod first) then add clickthrus through something like Macromedia Director, but that costs an arm and a leg.

WIth Jpegs, your photos should be quite small, so a GeoCities site should fit quite well, and traffic to your site should be relatively low so the traffic limit shouldn't bother you much either.

Brochure... You can probably whip something together with MS Word, but I'd leave it to the pros to do a brochure.
