Why not call SAP and ask them to make a proposal and you ask the proposal answer your question?

In my state exam, I have to compare 3 reporting software, by their advantages and disadvantages:
- A Freeware (Doesn't matter which)
- A Commercial (Office Access doesn't count. SAP Crystal would be the best)
- And an (imaginary) self made
But there is a lot of problem with that:
- I only learned Pascal, only for 1 years, so I can't make a self made software (I learn publishing, not programming. Our department for education is so genius)
- I don't have enough excess money to buy a commercial software.
- Without these two, i don't have anything to compare with the freeware reporting software, that I could get.
So I need help from someone who is experienced in this topic.
