I Need someones help.

I don't have much space on my computer, but there are a few programs i have no idea of what they could possibly be. So there are a few I have looked up like NVIDIA PhysX and Open Broadcaster Software(OBS). But these two, Statrunner and RelayDefender, I have no idead what they are. In case you may wonder they are both by aSoftware Publisher but i have no idea why I would need those. So if you don't mind can someone please reply with what these are so i can stop worrying?

Can you tell more:
1. Filename with extension (.dll,.exe?)
2. Subfolder of program files they are in?
3. What the details tab of their (right-click) properties says.

Moreover: how much space to those programs use on your hard disk? A good cleaning using the Disk Cleanup wizard and disabling/enable system restore easily cleans deletes 5 to 10 GB. Compared with that, I suppose it's quite minor?
