in a shaky world.
"On Friday, Trump declared that some imported vehicles and parts pose a national security threat, although he delayed a decision for as long as six months on whether to impose tariffs."
What is a "national security threat"? Is it Zeroes headed for Ford Island and Pearl? Is it Commies and/or Muslims swimming ashore with knives in their teeth?
If so, shouldn't responding to it be done in less than "6 months"? Did the previous tariffs take that long?
If the threat is from a tariff and not weapons, is it still a "national security threat"? Perhaps it's just a 'national comfort threat'. According to the MSM, there are many farmers and factory workers and consumers who are uncomfortable with tariffs. (Or maybe the S stands for Snowflake.)
If the threat is from a tariff, can't a new tariff be instituted in less time? Did the previous tariffs take that long?
Is saying that something ls a "national security threat" make it a "national security threat"?
If then firsttuesday = nottrue then goto line 1.
