I need help with the Samsung C24F390 monitor

So I have a problem with the response time setting on this monitor.

When I set the response time to fastest it creates these purple/black blurs of of objects. when set the response time to normal it fixes the problem but Makes games unplayable with lag. The fast options does the blurs to a lesser affect. can anyone help me with this problem?

AMD 8350 8-core, 4 GHz, 16 Total cache
