I need help with my laptop does no display fullscreen.

Its a Sony Vaio - VGN-NR180E. I was uninstalling programs and I don't remember what uninstall but I remember it said uninstalling driver but I don't what it was but it say to restart my laptop and the screen of my laptop is just in the middle with like about 1.5 inch margins from both side and like just alittle black margin on top and on bottom. And my mouse on stays inside my window screen and it does not go out to the black margins.
Its a 15.4" LCD 1024 by 768 pixels.
