I need help "Win32.downloader.gen"

Spybot Search & Destroy keeps detecting "Win32.downloader.gen" on my computer but it does not let me remove it. (There are some errors while trying to remove it).

This is what the software tells me:

My regular anti-virus software (McAfee) does not detect it at all. I tried manually removing it (following some of the advice from other forums) but apparently it is still there...
