Re: other case

It's cheaper to buy a totally PC than all new parts separately, and - moreover - you're sure it works and if it fails in warranty, it's up to the maker to fix in stead of up to you to find out what part failed.

Could You buy a bigger case?

You certainly can...but will your stuffs fit in it perfectly? That I don't know, have not seen the computer nor the components inside of it. You should have a better idea than us.

You'll still need a better motherboard and CPU.

The model I looked at didn't have slots for the gear you wanted to add either.

My advice is to bail on this PC. Return it so you can try again. Forum members are very helpful as you can tell but this Acer is not a good start. It's more like the end and is what it is.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
