Question

I NEED HELP TERRIBLY ABOUT ITUNES

Aug 17, 2014 7:06PM PDT

Last night I went to a concert, payed $500 to get in and when I got home I tried to upload the pictures to my computer. I decided to update my iPhone 4 first, and my laptop froze during the update so I naturally unplugged my iPhone from the laptop. Now the only thing my phone screen shows is telling me to plug it into iTunes, which I did. On iTunes it said to restore it (reset it to factory settings) and I am NOT losing those pictures. So my question is how do I get on my phone without deleting all of the data. (NOTE: I disabled iCloud) Thanks!

I worry that your choice of updating before syncing PLUS you didn't sync with the iCloud means your choices may mean those photos are gone. What a harsh way to learn about backup, sync and updates.

Try drivesavers.com to see if they can get your content out.

I agree with bob on this and I too fear that you have to choose one your phone or your photographs as you are in such situation where nothing seem to working. I feel sorry for you.
