I need help finding a new, more reliable Cell Phone! HELP!!!

Mar 16, 2005 1:45AM PST

Hey everyone my Nextel contract just ended and I am so happy! It was a nightmare that lasted for a year. Well I need a new cell phone with a new provider. Any suggestions? I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I have narrowed it down to either Verizon or Cincinnati Bell (thanks to no contracts). I have an i730 now and i miss having a camera. I would like bluetooth but I want to be able to use it with anything and not just a headset. I need a long battery life and an external color screen would be nice. Can anyone help me find one? Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated. I want the best cell phone with the best carrier and technology matters greatly! Let me know! Thanks CNET!

I am currently a verizon customer. I love the service and my phone. I recently renewed my contract for their new network which has absolutely no roaming. I love my phone. I have to motorola V710 bluetooth phone, which has an amazing reception quality, but limited bluetooth abilities. If you don't mind having limited bluetooth abilities, than verizon and this phone will be great for you. I've been a verizon costumer since 2000, and I can count on one hand the number of dropped calles I've had since then. I live in a major city, but I also travel throughout rural areas, and the reception is still great.

Yeah the V710 was one that I really liked but I hate that they limit the use of the bluetooth functionality. Thanks!
