i need help...archose gmini 400 help

I need help...I recieved this awesome cutie in october for my birthday.....I still dont know the first thing about using it. I know its capable of holding music videos...but i cant figure out how to transfer them to this thing....I have spent hours trying to figure this out...Do i possible need some sort of program to download to interact with my computer??? i have sonic and downloaded music but dont know how to transfer to the gmini....I need to know where to go to get videos and how the heck to transfer onto this...Trust me i have spent many many long hours dedication surfing for info on this subject but no luck. I must confess i am blonde and that tends to make me easily confused...lol....im ready to use this as a tire block in the driveway...hope someone can help..
