The right way is to get the drivers from the laptop maker. And follow their instructions about install order and if some APP to turn on WiFi or such is needed, install that.
Resetting or refreshing Windows is still only good enough for the OS. But falls flat if you want all the right drivers.

So i used to play cs go on my laptop and one day i decided to connect my laptop to tv with HDMI and it didnt have sound so i refreshed my windows and now i cant play the games anymore. I tried to update drivers and everything it still doesnt work
