I need help!!!!!!!!!1

OK this is kinda long but here it goes and if you have a question I'll try to answer. Please no spelling coMments I'm drunk. I was closing all me programs and about to log off and saw a bar at the top left of my back ground. So I clicked on it and nothing, so I right clicked on it and maximized it and it said on the windows bar "Connections Tray" and the really wierd part it there is only a mirrored(SP?) image of what ever is all ready opened. I'm still trying to find something on google about it and nothing so far. Thats all most the wierdest part because I've found if you google a computer prob you'll find on the first page. I have be having problems with my computer being slow and not responding and the enter-net has been wierd like fast and slow. I run SpyBot, Ad-aware,a-squared, EMCO malaware, Nortion ani virus and firewall, plus a hardware firewall router,and I do windows updates once a week for all. If it makes differance I had firefox,IE explore, and I tunes open at the time it happened. I really hope someone nows something cause I lost here. Oh XP Home for my OS.
