While you didn't tell anything about your macintosh, what OS is used or if you even have a PC, the PC with Windows may be bogged down if one doesn't eject PARASITES (which are not a virus) with FREE tools like Spybot, Adaware, Cwshredder and Housecall.

If you find a pest that won't be squished by these tools, name it and post about it in the Security Forum.

Remember, the tools are free. If someone tries to shake you down, then go somewhere else.
