There is NO DRIVER!

http://www.coolstf.com/tsreader/ is the main page. While Vista is not listed, I see some posts it does work.

Ask Chainteck

Ask Chainteck (Chaintech perhaps) if they have any drivers for that card. You'll also want to specify if you need 32 or 64-bit drivers.

In short: Do the legwork on this yourself.
