Resolved Question

I need close up shots with my Canon T3i

I want to post some items on EBay which require me to show some very small writing and symbols. What is an inexpensive macro lens for my camera?

Macro Filters

You can buy macro filters that will screw onto your kit lens. These will not compare in quality to using a dedicated macro lens, but they will be very inexpensive (10's of dollars vs. 100's) and good enough for posting pics on eBay.

Thanks for the help

I have seen these, but never used them. To save the expense, I will try them. As it is a staged pic, I have time to change the filter to a different one if I need it. Thanks again.
